frequently asked questions

1. How soon will you get back to me?

We will get back to you between 24 - 72 hours after you Submit a Service Request.  Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.  We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

2. Is there a job minimum?

Yes, we have a (2) hour minimum for all jobs and this does not include the cost of materials.

3. Do I need to supply my own materials?

No, you do not need to supply your own materials.  If you would like us to supply materials, we can provide you an Estimate that will include labor, materials, equipment, and disposal fees in order to complete your project.  We can handle your entire project for you.

4. Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we provide a (1) Year Warranty on our Workmanship and any materials purchased by Aloha Property Maintenance LLC.
