We began our success in Honolulu, Hawaii. Our clientele included Property Management companies, Realtors, Homeowners, Tenants, etc. We relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada with the goal of bringing quality property maintenance and janitorial services with the "spirit of Aloha" to Commercial and Residential properties in the Clark County area.

We offer a full range of services including Handyman Repairs, Move-In and Move-Out Cleanings, Unit Turnovers (Make-Ready), Painting, Window Washing, Pressure Washing, Vacation Rental Cleaning, and more!

Each member of Aloha Property Maintenance, LLC is carefully screened and background  checked. We only hire the most professional and highly qualified candidates. For your peace of
mind, we carry General Liability Insurance and all of our staff members are covered by Workers' Compensation Insurance. We know the health and safety of your clients is important to you, so
we supply all our own environmentally friendly cleaning products and ensure our employees have proper PPE.
